6.Courts of Governance and Language.

This is a binding contract between you, the buyer/user and Floridacomedyhypnotist.com the seller. If you do not agree with terms contained and stated in this contract do not use this Site.Floridahypnosis.org , the seller, is located in Port St. Lucie, Florida and by using this Site you agree and understand all business is offered from same and will be governed and executed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America. By using this Site and participating in its content or purchasing a product, service or training, you are accepting and entering into a binding agreement and contract between you and Floridahypnosis.org

You agree any legal action or proceedings between you and Floridahypnosis.org for any purpose concerning this agreement or the parties obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the State of Florida. Any litigation or action arising out of this contract shall be in the jurisdiction of the State of Florida. And you agree that any legal action brought by you will be governed by the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in Port St. Lucie, Florida exclusively.

Any course or action or claim you may have with respect to business or offerings by Floridahypnosis.org must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or course of action is barred.

The governing language of this agreement is the language of English which is the agreed terms, text and interpretation of the contract.

This contract is a binding agreement whether you choose to print it or not. The terms and conditions described herein are set forth on the Floridahypnosis.org Site and if you choose to participate, constitute a written agreement. And agreement to resolve any disputes or litigation in the jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
